When you create a form in the Form Builder, you select a form type that determines the purpose and behaviour of the form. The Form Builder supports nine form types; each designed for a different stage of your hiring or organisational workflow. • Event Registration: collect attendee information and confirm participation for an upcoming event or session.
  • Candidate Application: gather candidate profile, background, and job-application details for a specific role.
  • Evaluation Form: rate and record structured feedback on a candidate’s performance against defined criteria.
  • Assessment Form: capture scores and observations from a skills-based or knowledge-based assessment.
  • Post-Assessment Feedback: collect candidate or evaluator feedback on the assessment experience after completion.
  • Survey: gather general opinions, ratings, or insights from a target audience on a specific topic.
