When your Forms list has more forms than a single page can display, the pagination controls at the bottom of the table let you move between pages and adjust how many forms are shown per page. In this article, you’ll learn how to use the pagination controls to navigate the Forms list.

Step-by-step guide

1. Navigate between pages
  • At the bottom of the Forms list, you’ll see the pagination controls. These show the current page number and the total number of pages (for example, Page 1 - 3).
  • Use the left (<) and right (>) arrows to move to the previous or next page.
2. Go to a specific page Click the page number field, type the page number you want to go to, and press Enter. The table updates to display the forms on that page. Image 3. Change rows per page
  • Click the Rows per page dropdown at the bottom right of the table.
  • Select from the available options: 5, 10, 15, 25, or the total number of forms in your list.
  • The table adjusts to display the selected number of rows per page, and the total number of pages updates accordingly.
