The Forms section is where you view, create, and manage all your forms. In this article, you’ll learn how to reach the Forms section from the side navigation and what to expect when the page loads.

Before you begin

  • You need an admin account (Tenant Admin or Platform Admin) with access to the Form Builder.
  • If you don’t see Forms in the side navigation, check with your organisation admin to confirm your access level.

Step-by-step guide

1. Log in to the Admin platform Log in to the Admin platform with your credentials. 2. Click Forms in the side navigation In the left side navigation panel, click Forms. The Forms list page loads, showing all the forms that have been created in your organisation. 3. What the page shows on load The Forms list page displays all the forms in your organisation in a table. The table includes the following columns: Form Name, Type, Status, Responses, Updated On, and Updated By.

Key elements on the Forms list page

Along with the table, the Forms list page includes:
  • Search bar (top right): lets you find a specific form by name or form ID.
  • Filters icon (top right, next to Search): lets you narrow the list by Status or Type.
  • + New Form button (top right): lets you create a new form.
  • Pagination controls (bottom): lets you move between pages and set the number of rows displayed per page.
