Below are the key statuses you will see on the dashboard: Lobby- The candidate has joined the session but has not yet been checked in.
- The candidate is waiting for the proctor to begin the check-in process.
- The candidate has been successfully verified and checked in by the proctor.
- They are ready to proceed with the exam.
- The candidate is actively taking the exam.
- Their progress bar will update as they move through the test.
- The candidate’s exam has been temporarily paused.
- This may happen due to:
- Proctor intervention
- Technical issues
- Review processes (e.g., flagged activity)
- The candidate has been suspended from the exam due to a violation or issue.
- This action typically requires further review by an administrator.
- The candidate did not show up for the exam
Additional Indicators
Along with status, you may also see supporting indicators:- Step: Shows the candidate’s current stage in the process.
- Progress bar: Displays how much of the exam has been completed.
- System notes: May indicate states like Online, Reconnecting, or Under review.
