Who should I contact if I need something changed?Since you have read-only access, any changes — to center settings, proctor assignments, bookings, or candidate data — need to be made by a Center Admin. Can I assign or reassign proctors to a schedule?No. You have read-only access only. Assigning or reassigning proctors is an admin-level action. Contact your Center Admin if changes are needed.Q3. Can I add a new proctor to the platform?No. Adding new users to the platform is outside the scope of your role. Your Center Admin manages user access and onboarding.Q4. You can view the candidate list for any schedule you have access to, including upcoming ones. This helps you stay informed ahead of exam day.Q6. What information is shown for each schedule?Each schedule shows the date, slot name, time, room, assigned proctor, and total seat count. Within a schedule, you can also see individual candidate details such as their status, seat assignment, and exam name.Q7.
