SSO hasn’t been enabled for specific usersSSO may be enabled at the organization level but not for individual accounts. Your administrator can enable it for the affected users.
Users are logging in with a personal email addressSSO only works with official company email addresses. Make sure all users are entering their company email address on the login page.
The Login with SSO button isn’t appearing• Confirm SSO is enabled for your organization.
• Clear the browser cache and cookies and try again.
• Try a different browser.
Your organization’s identity provider (IdP) configuration has an errorContact your IT team to verify that the IdP configuration is correctly set up and synced with Talview.
