🔎 Troubleshooting common issues
| What Might Be Wrong | How to Fix It |
|---|---|
| The email is in your spam or junk folder | Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Talview. Mark it as “Not spam” to ensure future emails land in your inbox. |
| You entered the wrong email address | Return to the login page and restart the process using your correct registered email address. |
| You selected the wrong account | If multiple accounts are linked to your email, make sure you select the right one on the Pick an account screen before clicking Forgot password? |
| The magic link has expired | Magic links are time sensitive. If the link has expired, return to the login page and request a new one. |
| The resend timer hasn’t expired yet | Wait for the resend timer to expire, then click Resend code to request a new magic link. |
| Your organization’s email filters are blocking the email | Check with your IT team or administrator to ensure emails from Talview aren’t being blocked by your organization’s email filters. |
