Logging in to Talview with your password gives you quick access to your account using your registered email address. In this article, you will learn how to log in to Talview using your email address and password.
Before you begin
Make sure you have:
- A registered Talview account
- Your registered email address
- Your account password
Step-by-step guide
Step 1: Go to the login page
Open your browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox) and go to the Talview login page shared by your organization.
Can’t find your login URL? Check your onboarding email or reach out to your platform administrator.
Step 2: Enter your email address
- Make sure the Login tab is selected.
- Click the Email field and enter your registered email address.
- Click Continue. Talview will verify your email and move you to the next step.
Step 3: Enter the verification code
- An 8-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
- Open your inbox, copy the code, and enter it on the login page.
The next time you log in from the same device and browser, you won’t be prompted for a verification code.
Step 4: Select your account
If multiple accounts are linked to your email, a Pick an account screen appears. Select the account you’d like to log in with.
Step 5: Enter your password
- Your email address will appear pre-filled with a green checkmark, confirming it was recognized.
- Click the Password field and enter your password.
Forgot your password? Click Forgot Password? on this screen to receive a reset link at your registered email address.
Step 6: Click Login
Click Login to complete the process and access your dashboard.
If your account is locked after multiple failed attempts, contact your administrator to regain access.
Additional tipsIf you don’t receive the verification code, check your spam or junk folder. Verification codes are time-sensitive, enter it promptly before it expires. If it has expired, return to the login page and request a new one.
