| You’re not on the Login tab | Make sure the Login tab is selected before entering your email address. |
| You’re using a personal email address | SSO only works with your official company email address. Re-enter your company email and click Continue. |
| You didn’t receive the verification code | Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, wait for the resend timer to expire and click Resend code. |
| Your verification code has expired | Verification codes are time sensitive. Return to the login page and request a new one. |
| You’re selecting the wrong account | If multiple accounts are linked to your email, make sure you select the right one on the Pick an account screen. If you’re unsure, check with your administrator. |
| The Login with SSO button isn’t appearing | SSO may not be enabled for your account. Contact your administrator to enable it. |
| Your browser is causing issues | Clear your browser cache and cookies. Try logging in on a different browser. |
