When you sign up on Talview, a verification code is sent to your registered email address to confirm your identity. If it hasn’t arrived, a few things could be preventing it from reaching your inbox. In this article, you will find the most common causes and fixes to receive your verification code and complete your sign-up.

What Might Be Wrong	How to Fix It
The email is in your spam or junk folder	Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Talview. Mark it as “Not spam” to ensure future emails land in your inbox.
You entered the wrong email address	Return to the sign-up page and restart the process using your correct email address.
The verification code has expired	Verification codes are time sensitive. Wait for the resend timer to expire and click Resend code to request a new one.
The resend timer hasn’t expired yet	Wait for the resend timer to expire before clicking Resend code.
Your organization’s email filters are blocking the email	Check with your IT team or administrator to ensure emails from Talview aren’t being blocked by your organisation’s email filters.
