What Might Be Wrong	How to Fix It
You’re not on the Sign-Up tab	Make sure the Sign-Up tab is selected before entering your details.
You’re entering an invalid email address	Check for typos or extra spaces and re-enter a valid email address.
You didn’t receive the verification code	Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Talview. If it’s not there, wait for the resend timer to expire and click Resend code to request a new one. If the issue persists, check with your IT team to ensure emails from Talview aren’t being blocked by your organisation’s email filters.
Your verification code has expired	Verification codes are time sensitive. Return to the sign-up page and request a new one.
An account already exists with your email address	An account may already be registered with your email. Try logging in with your password or resetting your password instead.
Your browser is causing issues	- Clear your browser cache and cookies. - Try signing up on a different browser.
