This article explains how recruiters can access candidate evaluations after an interview. Evaluations help recruiters review interviewer feedback, recommendations, and supporting details in one place.
Step-by-Step Walkthrough
- Open the Workflow
- Login as a recruiter.
- Select the workflow and navigate to the Interview step.
- Open the Interview Side Panel
- Click on the interview card for a candidate.
- The side panel will open with multiple tabs / sections.
- Go to the Evaluation Section
- In the side panel, select the Evaluation section.
- Here you will find:
- Recommendation – The outcome suggested by the evaluator - Select, Turn down, Hold
- Evaluator Details – The name(s) of the evaluator(s).
- Evaluation Form (if configured) – A direct link to the form filled out.
- Evaluator Comments – Written feedback or notes provided.
- Assign Additional Evaluators (Optional)
- By default, interviewers are automatically added as evaluators.
- If you need input from others, click on the Assign Evaluator button to add additional evaluators.
All interviewers are added by default as evaluators. Use the Assign Evaluator button if you’d like to include additional people (e.g., hiring managers or peers) in the evaluation process.
