Technical issues on participant’s sideContact the participant to confirm if they are facing connectivity, device, or browser issues and offer a quick reschedule if needed.
Incorrect or expired interview linkRecheck the interview details in the system and resend the correct or updated interview link.
Time zone mismatchReach out immediately to confirm the participant’s time zone and reschedule the interview if there was a misunderstanding.
Personal or emergency situationAllow a short grace period and offer flexible rescheduling if the participant informs you of an emergency.
Internal communication errorVerify interview details internally and resend accurate information to the participant.

Additional tips:

  • Wait 5–10 minutes before marking the participant as a no-show.
  • Attempt contact via email or phone to confirm whether assistance is needed.
