  • If the evaluation form is missing but you’re confident one should be there, don’t submit your evaluation yes, reach out to the recruiter or admin first to get the form set up correctly before proceeding.
  • If the form loads but some fields appear blank or broken, try refreshing the page and reopening the side panel. If the issue continues, flag it to the recruiter or admin so they can review the form configuration.
  • You can still add your comments and recommendation in the evaluation side panel even if the form isn’t loading but confirm with the recruiter whether the form is required before submitting without it.
