Submitting an evaluation only to find it missing or locked afterwards can be confusing and disruptive, particularly when you need to make a correction. This is usually caused by a page loading issue, a navigation error, or a permission-related problem on Talview.   • If you’re unsure whether your evaluation was submitted successfully in the first place, navigate to the candidate detail view and look for your name and recommendation under the relevant step, this confirms the submission went through.
  • If you need to make an urgent correction to a submitted evaluation and can’t find the edit option, reach out to the recruiter immediately so they’re aware of the situation while you work on resolving the access issue.
  • Only your own evaluation is editable, you can view but not modify evaluations submitted by other evaluators.
  • If the issue persists after trying all the steps above, reach out to your admin or recruiter for further assistance.
