Additional Tips
  • If the resume loads partially or appears corrupted, ask the recruiter to re-upload the file in a fresh PDF or DOCX format to ensure it renders correctly.
  • Avoid opening multiple large files at the same time in your browser, this can slow down loading times across all open tabs.
  • If you’re consistently unable to open resumes across multiple candidates, the issue may be browser-related. Try clearing your browser cache by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac) and reloading the page.
  • If the issue persists after trying all the steps above, reach out to your admin or recruiter for further assistance.\
