If you find it there, mark it as Not Spam to ensure future notifications land in your inbox.
The assignment was made to a different evaluatorIt’s possible the recruiter assigned the candidates to a different evaluator by mistake.
Reach out to the recruiter to confirm whether the assignment was intended for you.
Your email address on your account is incorrectIf your account has an incorrect email address, notifications won’t reach you.
Contact your admin to verify and update your email address if needed.
The recruiter hasn’t completed the assignment yetThe notification is only sent once the assignment is successfully completed by the recruiter.
Check with the recruiter to confirm whether the assignment has been made.
Your organisation’s email server is filtering out notificationsCorporate or institutional email servers sometimes filter out automated notification emails.

  • If your organisation uses a corporate email domain, work with your IT team to whitelist notification emails from the platform to prevent them from being filtered out in the future.
