Being unable to view your peers’ evaluations for a candidate can make it harder to get a complete picture before or after submitting your own assessment. This is usually caused by a navigation issue, no other evaluations having been submitted yet, or a page loading problem on Talview.
In this article, you will find the most common causes and fixes to help you locate and view other evaluators’ submissions for the same candidate and step.

If your peers haven’t evaluated the candidate yet, there won’t be anything to see.
Check with the recruiter to confirm whether other evaluators have been assigned and whether they’ve submitted their evaluations.
You’re looking in the wrong place for the evaluationsAll evaluations across every step are visible together in the evaluation side panel, you don’t need to navigate to each step individually to find them.
Click the Evaluate button on the top right corner of the candidate detail view to open the side panel, where you’ll be able to see all evaluations submitted by other evaluators across all steps in one place.
The page hasn’t loaded the latest dataTry refreshing your browser by pressing Ctrl + R (Windows) or Command + R (Mac) to reload the page and fetch the latest data.
Then navigate back to the candidate detail view and check again.
No other evaluators have been assigned to this candidateIt’s possible you’re the only evaluator assigned to this candidate for that step.
Reach out to the recruiter to confirm whether other evaluators were assigned.
Your browser cache is causing a display issueClear your browser cache by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac), reload the page, and navigate back to the candidate detail view to check again.
Your browser is blocking the content from loadingTry opening the candidate detail view in a different browser.
Chrome, Edge, or Firefox are recommended for the best compatibility.
A slow or unstable internet connection is affecting the pageCheck your internet connection and switch to a more stable network if possible.
Once reconnected, reload the page and check if the other evaluations appear.
Additional Tips
  • Other evaluators’ submissions are visible to you regardless of whether you’ve submitted your own evaluation yet, so you don’t need to wait until after you’ve submitted to check.
  • If you’re expecting evaluations from multiple peers and only some are visible, it’s likely that the remaining evaluators haven’t submitted theirs yet. Give them some time and check back later.
  • If you can see some evaluations but one specific evaluator’s submission is missing, ask them directly to confirm whether they’ve submitted their evaluation for that candidate and step.
  • If the issue persists after trying all the steps above, reach out to your admin or recruiter for further assistance.
