| The candidate’s resume hasn’t been uploaded | Resume fitment is generated based on the candidate’s resume. If no resume has been uploaded, fitment can’t be calculated. Ask the recruiter to upload the candidate’s resume and check again after a few minutes. |
| The resume fitment configuration hasn’t been set up | Fitment is calculated based on the resume fitment configuration set up for the workflow. If this configuration hasn’t been completed, fitment scores and reasoning won’t be generated for any candidate in that workflow. Reach out to your admin to confirm whether the resume fitment configuration has been set up correctly for this workflow. |
| The fitment is still being processed | After a resume is uploaded, fitment may take a few minutes to generate. Wait a few minutes and refresh your browser by pressing Ctrl + R (Windows) or Command + R (Mac) before checking again. |
| The resume was uploaded in an unsupported format | Fitment can only be generated from resumes uploaded in PDF or DOCX format. If the resume was uploaded in a different format, ask the recruiter to re-upload it in the correct format. |
