If your Evaluations list appears empty, it can be frustrating, especially when you’re expecting candidates to be ready for review. This is usually caused by a missing assignment, a filter applied to the list, or a access-related issue on Talview.
In this article, you will find the most common causes and fixes to get your Evaluations list populated and ready to work with.

🔎 Troubleshooting Common Issues

What Might Be WrongHow to Fix It

Assignments are made manually by the recruiter and you’ll receive a notification when they’re done.
You’re logged in with the wrong accountMake sure you’re logged in with the correct evaluator credentials.
If you have multiple accounts, log out and sign back in with the right one.

If you’re unsure, contact your admin to verify your role and permissions.

Additional Tips
  • When a recruiter assigns candidates to you, you’ll receive a notification. If you haven’t received one, it’s likely no assignments have been made yet.
  • If you’ve recently been added as an evaluator for the first time, allow a few minutes for the system to reflect your access before refreshing.
  • If the issue persists after trying all the steps above, reach out to your admin or the recruiter who was supposed to assign candidates to you for further assistance.
