🧪 Common Issues and How to Fix Them

Stuck at “Connecting” screenEnsure both devices (mobile and laptop/desktop) are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Restart your phone if the issue continues.
Camera feed not loadingClose all other apps that may be using the camera (Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.). Restart the browser or app.
Blank or black videoMake sure you allowed camera access on your mobile browser or app. Refresh the page and try again.
Secondary device gets disconnectedKeep your phone connected to a charger and ensure it stays in one place—don’t switch networks or close the camera screen.

⚙️ Basic Setup Checklist

Before you begin:
  1. Connect both your computer and mobile phone to the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. Scan the QR code shown on your main test screen using your mobile.
  3. Allow camera access when prompted on your phone browser/app.
  4. Keep your phone still and screen on during the session (disable screen timeout if possible).
  5. Keep the phone plugged into a charger to avoid battery issues during the test.

  • ❌ Don’t use mobile data on your phone while your laptop is on Wi-Fi.
  • ❌ Don’t minimize the browser/app on your mobile during the test.
  • ❌ Don’t rotate or move the phone after setup—keep it fixed and stable.
  • ❌ Avoid switching apps or locking the phone screen.

  • Make sure your face and hands are visible
