Step 2: Connecting the Secondary Camera

  1. QR Code Scanning:
    • During your onboarding, you will see an option to connect your secondary camera using a QR code.
    • Use your secondary device’s camera to scan the QR code.
  2. Check for Permissions
    • Your default browser will need permissions to access your camera and microphone.

  3. Follow On-Screen Instructions:
    • Read through the instructions and proceed to the next steps on your mobile device.

Step 3: Positioning the Secondary Camera

  1. Choose an Optimal Location:
    • Wide Angle: Place the secondary camera in a diagonal position from your test desk. Should not be more than 2 feet apart from your seat.
    • Avoid Obstruction: Ensure that no objects or furniture block the camera’s line of sight.
  2. Mounting the Camera:
    • Use a tripod or a stable surface (like a shelf or table) to position the camera securely.
    • If using a mobile phone holder or a stands, make sure it’s sturdy.
  3. Height and Angle Adjustment:
    • Position the camera at eye level or slightly above, directing it towards where you will be seated during the test.
    • Tilt the camera downwards slightly to capture your face and immediate surroundings.

Step 4: Verify Connectivity

  1. Ensure that both the primary and secondary devices remain connected to the internet throughout your test.
  2. Run a quick internet speed test to confirm a stable connection is maintained.
