The Source column in the Enrollment List View tells you how a candidate entered the exam, whether they were invited by a coordinator, registered on their own, or came through an external channel. Understanding the source of each enrollment helps you trace the origin of registrations and manage your candidate pipeline effectively. In this article, you will learn what the Source column shows and what each source value means.

What is the Source column?

The Source column appears in the Enrollment List View and shows an icon indicating how each candidate’s enrollment originated. Hovering over the icon reveals additional context, such as the name of the coordinator who invited the candidate and the date of the invitation.

How to use the Source column

Viewing source information The Source column displays an icon for each candidate. Hover over the icon to see additional details - for example, for Invited candidates, the tooltip shows the name of the coordinator who sent the invitation and the date it was sent. Filtering by source To view only candidates from a specific source, use the Source filter in the Enrollment List View. Click the filter icon at the top right, select Source, and choose from the available options.
Additional Tips
  • The Source column is useful for auditing enrollment origins, for example, identifying candidates who self-registered vs. those who were directly invited, or tracking which enrollments came through a partner channel.
  • If a candidate was invited by bulk upload, the Source value will reflect this rather than showing the individual coordinator’s name, since the invitation was part of a batch rather than a direct one-to-one invite.
  • Use the Invited by column alongside Source to get the full picture of who initiated each enrollment and when.
