The Enrollments tab in the Coordinator Console gives you a consolidated view of all candidates enrolled in an exam across all assessment steps. In this article, you will learn how to filter enrollments in the Coordinator Console. Before You Begin Make sure you have:
  • Coordinator role access on your Talview account.
  • An active exam with at least one candidate enrolled.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the exam from the Exams list From the Coordinator Console, navigate to the Exams section using the left sidebar. Click on the exam whose enrollments you want to filter. 2. Go to the Enrollments tab Inside the exam, click the Enrollments tab. This displays all candidates enrolled in the exam in a table with the following columns:
  • Candidate Name - the candidate’s full name and email address.
  • Accommodations - icons indicating any special accommodations configured for the candidate, such as extended time, extra breaks, or assistive tools.
  • Enrollment Status - the candidate’s current status (e.g., Invited).
  • Registration Date - the date and time the candidate was registered.
  • Result - the candidate’s result, once available.
  • Center - the center the candidate is assigned to.
3. Click the filter icon In the top-right area of the Enrollments tab, click the filter icon (next to the Search enrollments bar). A Filters dropdown opens with the following options:
  • Enrollment status - filter by the candidate’s current enrollment status (e.g., Invited, Registered, Completed).
  • Registration date - filter by the date the candidate was registered.
  • Exam date - filter by the date of the candidate’s scheduled exam.
  • Center - filter by the center the candidate is assigned to.
  • Accommodations - filter by candidates who have specific accommodations configured.
4. Select a filter Click on the filter you want to apply. Depending on the filter type, a set of options or a date picker will appear. Select your criteria to apply the filter. Use the search bar at the top of the Filters dropdown to quickly find a specific filter option if the list is long. 5. Review the filtered results The Enrollments table updates to show only the candidates that match your selected filters. You can apply multiple filters at the same time to further narrow down the results. 6. Clear the filters To remove the filters and return to the full enrollments list, click the filter icon again and clear your selections.
Additional Tips
  • Use the Search enrollments bar alongside filters for even more precise results - for example, search for a candidate by name while filtering by Enrollment status.
  • The Accommodations filter is particularly useful when you need to identify candidates who require special arrangements before an exam date.
  • The Exam date filter helps you focus on candidates scheduled for a specific day - useful when managing large cohorts across multiple slots.
  • Click Export to download the filtered enrollments list as a file for offline review or reporting.
