What is the Form column group?
When candidates enroll for an exam, they typically fill out an enrollment form with personal and academic details. The Form column group surfaces this data directly in the Enrollment List View, so you can review candidate-submitted information without leaving the list. The Form column group appears as a labelled section header - Form - spanning several columns on the right side of the Enrollment table. The columns within it depend on the fields configured in your program’s enrollment form, but common examples include:Collapsed vs expanded state
The Form column group can be collapsed or expanded using the icon next to the Form header:- Collapsed (default) - only the first two columns in the group are visible (typically DOB and Contact No). This keeps the table compact when you don’t need to review form details.
- Expanded - all columns in the Form group are visible. Click the + icon next to the Form header to expand it.
- To collapse it again, click the − icon next to the Form header.
Important things to know
- The columns shown in the Form group are configured per program. If your program’s enrollment form does not include a particular field, that column will not appear in the Form group.
- File upload fields - such as Resume and Photo - are displayed as icons in the table. Click the icon to view or download the file.
- Candidates who have not submitted a particular field will show a dash (-) in that column.
