The Form column group in the Enrollment List View shows candidate-submitted enrollment form data. By default, the group is collapsed to keep the table compact. You can expand it to view all form fields, and collapse it again when you’re done. In this article, you will learn how to expand and collapse the Form column group in the Enrollment List View. Before You Begin Make sure you have:
  • Coordinator role access on your Talview account.
  • Opened an exam and navigated to the Enrollment tab. See How to navigate to the Enrollment List View for the full walkthrough.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Scroll to the Form column group In the Enrollment List View, scroll horizontally to the right until you see the Form header spanning a set of columns on the right side of the table. In the collapsed state, only the first two columns - DOB and Contact No - are visible under the Form header. 2. Click the + icon to expand Click the + icon next to the Form label in the column group header. The Form group expands to reveal all available form columns, which may include:
  • DOB
  • Contact No
  • City
  • College Name
  • Languages Known
  • Resume
  • Photo
3. Review the form data With the Form group expanded, you can see all candidate-submitted form details inline in the table without leaving the Enrollment List View. 4. Click the − icon to collapse When you no longer need to view the form details, click the − icon next to the Form label to collapse the group back to its compact state. Only DOB and Contact No will remain visible.
Additional Tips
  • The columns shown in the Form group depend on the enrollment form configured for your program. If certain fields are not part of your program’s form, those columns will not appear even in the expanded state.
  • Expanding the Form group is useful when you need to verify candidate details - such as checking a candidate’s college name or reviewing their uploaded resume, before approving their enrollment.
