After inviting candidates to an exam, you can monitor their progress directly from the assessment view inside the exam. Talview’s Coordinator Console shows you each candidate’s status, exam time, score, and risk index, all in one place. In this article, you will learn how to access and navigate the assessment view in the Coordinator Console. Before You Begin Make sure you have:
  • Coordinator role access on your Talview account.
  • An active exam with at least one candidate invited.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the exam from the Exams list From the Coordinator Console, navigate to the Exams section using the left sidebar. Click on the exam you want to view. 2. Navigate to the assessment tab Inside the exam, you’ll see one or more tabs, one for each assessment step in the exam’s workflow. Each tab shows the step name and the current candidate count in brackets. Click the tab for the assessment step you want to review. 3. Review the candidate table The assessment view displays all candidates for that step in a table with the following columns:
  • Candidate Name - the candidate’s full name and email address.
  • Status - the candidate’s current state in the assessment. Possible values include:
    • Invited - invitation sent, candidate has not yet started.
    • In Progress - candidate has started the exam.
    • Completed - candidate has finished the exam.
  • Exam Time - the time the candidate spent on the exam.
  • Score - the candidate’s score once the exam is completed and results are available.
  • Risk Index - the proctoring result for the candidate’s session.
4. Search or export
  • Use the Search bar at the top right to find a specific candidate by name or email.
  • Click Export to download the candidate list for this assessment step.
5. Invite more candidates Click the Invite button at the top right to invite additional candidates to this assessment step at any time.
Additional Tips
  • The candidate count in the tab label updates automatically as you invite more candidates.
  • For multi-step exams, each step has its own tab and its own candidate list. Candidates are managed independently per step.
  • Once a candidate completes their exam, the Score and Risk Index columns will populate with their results, allowing you to review performance and proctoring outcomes from the same view.
