What happens after ID card upload
After submission, your ID is securely sent for verification. An exam supervisor reviews the uploaded ID to confirm that it matches your captured image. This verification typically takes up to 10 minutes, though timing may vary. Once approved, you proceed to the Environment Check and subsequent hardware checks before entering the exam environment.Best practices for a successful upload
- Clean your camera lens to avoid blur or smudges
- Use a plain, uncluttered background
- Hold the ID card steady at a readable distance
- Ensure all text and the photo on the ID are clearly visible
- Keep the ID flat and aligned with the camera to prevent distortion
