Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to the Workflow

  • Login as a Recruiter.
  • Select the workflow that contains candidate interview details.

2. Open the Interview Step

  • Inside the workflow, select the interview step where you want to submit an evaluation for a candidate.
  • This opens the Interview Dashboard, where all candidates for that step are listed.

3. Submitting an evaluation for a candidate

  • Click on a candidate’s name to view their interview details and evaluation status.
  • In the interview details side panel:
    • Open the Evaluation tab to review or provide feedback on the candidate’s interview.
    • Expand the Your Evaluation dropdown to review or add a evaluation feedback.
    • Enter detailed feedback to support your evaluation decision.
    • Click on ✔️Select/ ✖️Turned Down/ ⏸️Hold, based on your decision about the candidate.
