This article provides step-by-step instructions for placing screening calls to candidates using Talview’s Workflow tools. Screening calls are essential for initial candidate evaluation and help streamline the recruitment process.

Steps to screen a call:

1. Access the workflow dashboard:

  • Navigate to the Workflows section from the side navigation panel.
  • Choose the appropriate workflow containing your candidate list.
  • Select the candidate you want to screen a call with.

2. Viewing candidate’s profile:

  • In the candidate’s profile, locate the Call button that’s right next to email button.
  • Connect with the candidate directly by using the Call button to initiate a conversation.

3. Initiate the Screening call:

  • Confirm to connect with the candidate, select Yes Call to start the conversation.
  • Enable your microphone to effortlessly manage noise or to begin your conversation.
