Steps to screen a call:
1. Access the workflow dashboard:
- Navigate to the Workflows section from the side navigation panel.
- Choose the appropriate workflow containing your candidate list.
- Select the candidate you want to screen a call with.
2. Viewing candidate’s profile:
- In the candidate’s profile, locate the Call button that’s right next to email button.
- Connect with the candidate directly by using the Call button to initiate a conversation.
3. Initiate the Screening call:
- Confirm to connect with the candidate, select Yes Call to start the conversation.
- Enable your microphone to effortlessly manage noise or to begin your conversation.
Before You Begin:Ensure you have a stable internet connection and are logged into your Talview account with the necessary permissions to conduct screening calls.
