Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to the Workflow
- Login as a Recruiter.
- Select the workflow that contains the interviews and candidates you want to track.
2. Open the Interview Step
- Inside the workflow, select the interview step that you want to track.
- This opens the Interview Dashboard, where all candidates for that step are listed.
3. Accessing a candidate’s profile
- Click on a candidate’s name or email to view and review their profile details.
- A side panel with candidate’s assessment details opens with tabs: Overview, Form, Score, Evaluation and Call History.
4. Navigating a candidate’s assessment details
- Under Overview tab:
- Open the Assessment Details section to see the candidate’s assessment summary.
- Expand Invitation Details for more information about the candidate’s assessment invitation.
- Play the candidate’s video response to evaluate their answer to the interview question.
- Under Form tab:
- View the candidate’s registration form
- Under Score tab:
- Review or assign the candidate’s assessment score
- Under Evaluation tab:
- Add or view feedback for the selected candidate.
- Under Call History tab:
- View the communication history.
Tips for efficient navigation:
- Use filters and bulk actions to manage high candidate volumes.
- Refer to the centralized interview feedback tab for aligned consolidated evaluator insights.
- View assessment videos and documents directly from the profile—no need to download externally.
