Workflow Tools & Candidate Experience

  • Proview Playback in Workflow Tools: Recruiters and hiring managers can now view session ratings and playback to better evaluate candidate behavior during proctored assessments.
  • Pre-Assessment Face Authentication: Candidates must complete face capture and verification before starting assessments, strengthening security and preventing impersonation.
  • Payment Flow Enhancements: Meeting status saved before payment completion; slots auto-cancelled and refunded if payment isn’t confirmed within 24h.

Interview Rooms

  • Recording Consent: Interviewers can request and capture candidate consent before recordings start, ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Policy-Based Restrictions: Both candidates and interviewers are notified upfront if organizational policy disables recording.

  • CodeSolo Integration: Content managers can directly upload coding questions and test cases, streamlining programming assessments.
  • Real-Time Filters: Question Bank filters now update instantly for a smoother, more efficient experience.

  • Arabic Language Support (v7+): Test takers can now select Arabic as their preferred language.
  • Moodle LMS 4.5 Integration: Secure Browser now supported, including screen minimizing and screen protection enforcement.
  • Bug Fixes: Resolved Moodle instructions editor error (plugin v1.5.2) and fixed enrollment sync issue for student details in LMS dashboards.
