Steps to view candidate’s call history:
1. Access the workflow dashboard:
- Navigate to the Workflows section from the side navigation panel.
- Choose the appropriate workflow containing your candidate list.
- Select the candidate, whose call history you want to view.
2. Viewing the call history:
- In the candidate’s profile, locate the Call History option to review previous interactions and to make informed decisions about the hiring process.
- You can play the Call recordings to delve into the details of each discussion and assess the current status of every call.
