Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to the Workflow
- Login as a Recruiter.
- Select the workflow that contains candidate interview details.
2. Open the Interview step
- Inside the workflow, select the interview step where you want to assign an evaluator.
- This opens the Interview Dashboard, where all candidates for that step are listed.
3. Assigning an evaluator
- Select a candidate to view their interview details and scheduling options.
- In the interview details side panel:
- Switch to the Evaluation tab to access evaluation forms and to assign an evaluator.
- Click on Assign Evaluator to begin designating an evaluator for the candidate.
- Under Assign evaluator panel, Click the dropdown to add an evaluator.
- After assigning an evaluator, Click Assign to finalize and save the changes.
