This guide will help navigate through the process of rescheduling interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Step-by-step Guide:

Step 1: Access the workflow dashboard

  • Navigate to the Workflows section from the menu.
  • Select the workflow for which you want to schedule interviews.
  • Click on the Interview stage to view candidates scheduled for interviews.
  • Choose a candidate to reschedule their interview.
  • A side panel with interview details appears. Here, tt the bottom of this panel, click the Reschedule button.

Step 2: Configure New Interview Details

  • A pop-up window will present various options to reschedule, make the accordingly.
  • Click on Proceed to confirm the rescheduling.
  • You can send an updated interview invitation to the candidate.
    Note: An automatic email notification is sent to both the candidate and the interviewer, detailing the updated interview timing and date.

Step 3: Confirm Rescheduling

  • Upon confirmation, a notification confirms the successful rescheduling.
  • Refresh the page to view changes and ensure the new schedule is correctly applied.
