Setting Up Interviews Using Workflow Tools
- Access Workflow Tools
- Log in to the Talview Recruiter Platform
- Navigate to More Apps > Workflow Tools
- Create a New Workflow
- Click on Create Workflow to begin
- Review and select from available job role templates
- Invite Candidates to the Workflow
- Select the type of workflow and step from the dropdown
- Use Add Candidates to manually invite individuals
- Click Add and Continue to proceed
- Send invitations to initiate the workflow process
- Manage Candidate Progress
- Monitor updates and select candidates for further actions
- Schedule the next steps directly within the workflow
- Schedule Interviews within Workflow
- Select the Interview Provider (e.g., Interview Rooms)
- Choose the appropriate Interview Stage
- Select an Interviewer from the dropdown
- Finalize the schedule and confirm with all participants
