This article explains how Recruiters and Master Recruiters can cancel scheduled interviews in Talview’s Workflow Tools platform**. **You can cancel interviews either individually or in bulk, ensuring minimal disruption for both interviewers and candidates. Once cancelled, all participants receive automatic email notifications.

Cancel Interviews in Bulk

Follow these steps to cancel multiple interviews at once.

1. Access the Workflow

  • Log in to your Talview account as a Recruiter or Master Recruiter.
  • From the main menu, go to Workflows.
  • Select the workflow that contains the interviews you want to cancel.
  • Navigate to the Interview Stage to view the candidate list.
  • Select the candidates whose interviews should be cancelled.
  • Click the More (⋮) menu and choose Cancel.

2. Confirm Cancellation

  • In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes to proceed.
  • A confirmation message appears once the cancellation is complete.
  • Refresh the page to verify that the interviews have been cancelled.
  • All participants (interviewers and candidates) will be notified via email.

Cancel Individual Interviews

Follow these steps to cancel a single scheduled interview.

1. Access the Workflow

  • Log in to your Talview account.
  • Navigate to Workflows and select the relevant workflow.
  • Go to the Interview Stage.
  • Locate the candidate whose interview you wish to cancel.
  • Click the More (⋮) icon next to their name and select Cancel.
    • Alternatively, use the three dots beside the Invite button and choose Cancel.

Step 2: Confirm Cancellation

  • Click Yes in the confirmation pop-up.
  • A success message appears once the interview is cancelled.
  • Refresh the workflow page to reflect the update.
  • Both the candidate and the interviewer will receive a cancellation email notification.
Only interviews that are active (not completed or previously cancelled) can be cancelled.
