This article explains how interview reminders and follow-ups are currently handled by the system. Recruiters do not need to send manual reminders, as the platform automatically manages reminder notifications for both candidates and interviewers who have not RSVPed (Invited status) or have marked themselves as Tentative.Documentation Index

Step-by-Step Walkthrough
1. Check RSVP Status
To see whether candidates or interviewers have responded to the interview invite:- Login as a recruiter and open the workflow and select the Interview step.
- In the table view, hover over the candidate or interviewer avatar to see their RSVP status (Accepted, Declined, Tentative, or Invited) under the Attendees column.
- You can also click on the interview card to open the side panel, where RSVP details are clearly listed.
2. Understand Automated Reminders
The system automatically sends reminders to candidates and interviewers who:- Have not RSVPed (Invited), or
- Have responded as Tentative.
3. Reminder Logic Based on Scheduled Time
The reminders are triggered based on the time gap between when the interview was scheduled and when it is set to start:- If the gap is 30 hours or more:
- Reminder 1 → Sent exactly 30 hours before the interview start time.
- Reminder 2 → Sent exactly 1 hour before the interview start time.
- If the gap is less than 30 hours:
- Only one reminder is sent exactly 1 hour before the interview start time.
