When using Talview’s Workflow Tools, recruiters often schedule interviews as part of the hiring workflow. Occasionally, you may encounter an error while scheduling an interview for a candidate. These errors can prevent interview creation and delay the hiring process. This article helps diagnose common scheduling errors and provides steps to resolve them quickly.

Scheduling file issues: The uploaded CSV/Excel file may be corrupted, missing mandatory fields, incorrectly formatted, or exceed the size limit.Re-download the official scheduling template, fill in all required fields correctly, and re-upload. Ensure the file is within the allowed size and format limits.
