| Candidate confirmed, but data sync between candidate dashboard and recruiter dashboard failed | Manually refresh the workflow page or trigger a system sync from the admin settings. If the issue persists, raise it with Talview Support. |
| Candidate only clicked RSVP in the ICS file but did not confirm in the platform (when platform confirmation is required) | If your workflow requires platform confirmation, instruct the candidate to log in and confirm. Note: If only ICS RSVP is needed, clicking the RSVP option in the ICS file is enough—no need for platform confirmation. |
