🔎 Troubleshooting Common Issues
| What might be wrong | How to fix it |
|---|---|
| Browser cache or download interruption | Clear your browser cache and cookies, then retry the export. Ensure your internet connection is stable throughout the download process. |
| File downloaded but didn’t open correctly | Locate the downloaded xlsx file in your Downloads folder and open it with a spreadsheet application (Excel, Google Sheets). The file may have downloaded successfully but didn’t auto open. |
| Assessment scores are still being processed | Allow 10-15 minutes after the last candidate submission for the system to calculate scores, especially for coding assessments or multi-section tests. Refresh the page and try exporting again |
| CSV file is corrupted during download | If the file appears blank when opened, try re-downloading it. Check your Downloads folder for multiple versions of the file and ensure your antivirus software isn’t blocking or quarantining the download |
