Assessment reports are crucial for evaluating candidate performance and making informed hiring decisions. When reports fail to generate or show incomplete candidate data, it disrupts your recruitment workflow and delays decision-making. This article helps you troubleshoot issues when assessment reports don’t generate, load partially, or exclude candidates who completed the assessment.

Refresh the page after 2-3 minutes.
Check the notification bell for completion alerts.
Browser cache or session issueClear your browser cache and cookies, then log back in.
Try accessing the report in an incognito window or different browser.
