Step-by-step Guide
Step 1: Open (Publish) a Workflow for Registration
- Navigate to the Workflows section from the main menu.
- Open the workflow you want candidates to register for.
- In the workflow view, locate the footer section.
- Click Open Registration.
- The workflow is published for candidate registration.
- Platform generates a registration link and QR code.
- Candidates can now self-register using the shared link or QR code.
Step 2: Edit Registration Details and Access Link/QR Code
- Once registration is open, click Edit Registration.
- The registration side panel opens, where you can:
- Update registration-related details
- View and copy the registration link
- View and download the QR code
- To share the registration link or QR code with candidates
- To update registration details without closing registration
Step 3: Close Registration
- In the registration side panel, click Close Registration.
- Confirm the action.
- The workflow is closed for public candidate registration.
- The registration link and QR code no longer accept new registrations.
- Candidates cannot self-register using the link or QR code.
Important Behavior After Closing Registration
- Recruiters can still invite candidates directly from the workflow view.
- Closing registration only impacts self-registration via link or QR code.
