Steps to Go Through the Flow
- Log in to Workflow Tools Use your recruiter credentials to access your organization’s Workflow list view.
- Select the Workflow to Edit From the list of workflows, click on the one for which you want to modify the registration settings. The workflow details page will open.
- Click on “Edit Registration” Scroll to the footer of the workflow details page and click on “Edit Registration.” A side panel will appear on the right-hand side of the screen displaying the current registration settings.

Update Registration Duration
In the side panel, select a new registration duration from the available options:
- Always Open
- 1 Week
- 2 Weeks
- 4 Days
- 1 Month
- (Upcoming) Custom Date Range — specify your own start and end dates.
- Save the Changes Once you’ve updated the duration, click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the side panel. The system will save your new configuration and update the registration’s active period.
- Confirmation Message After saving, a success message will appear confirming that the registration duration has been updated successfully. The workflow registration remains open with the new duration applied.
Pre-requisites
Before editing a registration:- Ensure you have Recruiter or Master Recruiter access.
- The workflow registration must already be open.
- Review current registration performance to determine if extending or reducing duration is required.
- Make sure no critical drive timelines or recruiter approvals are dependent on the previous registration period.
