After a candidate completes their exam, the Coordinator Console gives you access to their session details, including the session summary, incident count, ID verification, and session playback. • Coordinator role access on your Talview account.

Go to the assessment step tab Inside the exam, click the tab for the assessment step you want to review. The tab shows the total candidate count in brackets. 3. The panel shows the following information: Session Summary card:

  • Summary - an AI-generated text overview of the session, covering anomalies detected and their frequency across the timeline, verification outcomes, and the overall severity rating. If the summary is still being prepared, the panel will show “No summary available” - check back shortly

Registration Details card:
  • Booking External ID - the unique ID for this candidate’s booking

This opens the full Session Summary Report page. 6. Watch the session playback From the Session Summary Report, click the Session Playback button to open the full session recording. See How to access session playback for a candidate for the full walkthrough.
Note: If the candidate’s session was interrupted before completion, the panel will display an grey banner stating: “This summary and the risk index is based on the session up to the point the candidate’s session stopped.” Review the available details carefully before making any decisions.

Additional Tips
  • The session details panel is available only for candidates with a Completed status, it will not be accessible for candidates who are Invited, In Progress, or in any other state.
  • The session summary text may take a few minutes to generate after the exam is completed. If it shows “No summary available”, check back shortly.
  • Use the Incident Count in the panel as a quick indicator before opening the full Session Summary Report - if all values are zero, the session is likely straightforward to review.
