The Session Summary Report is a post-session review tool available in the Coordinator Console that gives coordinators a structured overview of a candidate’s exam session after it has been completed. It is generated automatically after a candidate completes their exam and brings together the most important session information in one place, the overall risk level, an AI-generated session summary, candidate submissions, and contributing incidents, helping coordinators come to a decision or issue a result faster. In this article, you will learn what the Session Summary Report is and what it contains.

What the report contains

Header At the top of the report, a colour-coded banner displays the overall risk level for the session. The banner colour and icon update based on the risk outcome assigned to the candidate’s session. The header also displays key candidate details including the candidate’s name, ID, and enrollment status, giving coordinators the context they need before reviewing the session. Below the banner, you’ll find the Session Playback button, which lets you access the full session recording directly from the report. Summary The Summary section gives you a high-level text overview of the session. It includes:
  • A verification tag - highlights any verification area that needs attention
  • An AI-generated summary - a paragraph describing key observations from the session, such as anomalies detected, their frequency, verification outcomes, and the overall severity rating. This summary is intended to give coordinators a quick read of the session before diving into the details
  • Session timeline - the session start and end timestamps, shown as a vertical timeline
Candidate Submissions This section shows the verification checks completed by the candidate during onboarding. Each check is displayed as an expandable card:
  • Face Capture - the candidate’s face captured at the start of the session. This is compared against the candidate’s base image to verify their identity.
  • ID Verification - shows the outcome of the candidate’s ID verification. This includes ID Verification (IDV), which checks the submitted ID document, and Database Verification (DBV), which validates the ID details against an external database.
  • Environment 360 - the candidate’s environment scan captured before the session began
Click the dropdown arrow on each card to expand it and view the details. Contributing Incidents This section lists all incidents that were flagged during the session and contributed to the overall risk rating. A brief description at the top explains what an incident is - a group of related events that occurred during the session within a defined time window. Each incident card shows:
  • Incident name - a description of the type of incident detected
  • Severity - the severity level assigned to the incident, shown as a colour-coded label
  • Duration and event count - how long the incident lasted and how many individual events were recorded within it
  • Violations identified - a breakdown of specific violations detected within the incident, grouped by category
  • Why [severity] explanation - a plain-language explanation of why the incident was assigned that severity level
  • Video evidence - thumbnail clips from the session showing the moment the incident was detected. Click the play button to watch the clip inline, or the fullscreen icon to expand it.
Note: In the coordinator role, the incident list is read-only. Actions such as dismissing incidents or adding manual events are not available from this view.
