Why is the Forms list not loading?

If the Forms list page shows a blank screen, a spinner that doesn’t stop, or an error message after clicking Forms in the side navigation on Talview’s Admin platform, you won’t be able to view or manage your forms. In this article, you’ll find the most common causes and how to resolve them.

What might be wrong	How to fix it
Your internet connection is unstable or disconnected	1. Check your internet connection. 2. Try loading another page to confirm. If the connection is weak, switch to a stable network and try again.
Your session has expired	Log out and log back in to the Admin platform. This refreshes your session and reloads the page.
Your browser is loading a cached version of the page	Press `Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows)` or `Command + Shift + R (Mac)` to do a hard reload. This clears the cached version and fetches the latest page.
Your browser is not compatible or is outdated	1. The Admin platform works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. 2. Update your browser or switch to a supported one.
Your account doesn’t have the correct access level	1. The Forms list is available to Tenant Admins and Platform Admins only. 2. If your account doesn’t have admin access, the page may not load. 3. Confirm your access level with your organisation admin.
A temporary server issue is preventing the page from loading	1. Wait a few minutes and try again. 2. If the issue persists, contact your organisation admin or raise a support request.
