If you set a title for your form in the Talview Form Editor but it reverts to the default placeholder when you reopen the form, it usually means the title didn’t save properly. In this article, you’ll find the most common causes and how to resolve them.

You navigated away or closed the tab before auto-save could complete.	After entering or editing the title, wait a few seconds before leaving the editor.
Your internet connection dropped while the title was being saved.	Check your connection, refresh the page, and re-enter the title.
The title exceeds the allowed character limit.	Shorten the title and check if it saves successfully.
Your browser session expired while the editor was open.	Log out and log back in, reopen the form, and set the title again.

Additional Tips

The form title auto-saves in the background, similar to other changes in the editor. There is no manual save button.
