All recordings are securely stored with end-to-end encryption and access limited to authorized reviewers. Follow these steps to view and review recorded interviews.

Step 1:Access Workflow Tools Platform

  • Log in to the Workflow Tools platform.
  • This section allows evaluators to review recordings alongside feedback forms and evaluation data.

Step 2: Select the Candidate

  • Once inside Workflow Tools, search for and select the candidate’s name.
  • The candidate’s interview details, feedback forms, recording and related data will be visible.

Step 3: View the Interview Recording

  • Click the play icon beside the candidate’s interview record to start playback.
  • The recording opens instantly for review and evaluation.

Step 4: Review in Maximized View

  • When playback starts, the view automatically opens in a maximized layout for better visibility.
  • Use the pause, replay, and seek controls to navigate through the interview as needed.
