When Should You Exit the Interview?

You should exit the live interview when:
  • The interview has concluded and no further discussion is required.
  • The candidate does not join the session or the interview is discontinued.
  • You need to leave due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.
  • The session needs to be ended after sufficient waiting time.

Steps to Exit the Interview

1. Locate the “Leave” Button

During the live interview, the Leave button is typically:
  • Displayed as a red phone or disconnect icon
  • Located at the bottom center of the interview screen

2. Click the “Leave” Button

  • Click the red Leave button once.
  • You will be exited from the live interview session immediately.

3. Submit Interview Feedback

  • After exiting, you are automatically redirected to the Feedback or Evaluation page.
  • Complete and submit the required feedback for the candidate.
  • Feedback submission is an important step in closing the interview process.

Best Practices

  • Ensure all interview questions and assessments are completed before exiting.
  • Always use the Leave button instead of closing the browser tab to avoid session issues.
  • Submit the feedback form before closing the tab or window.
  • If the candidate does not join, wait for the recommended duration before exiting the session.
